Support Worker – Adult Day Centre

Location: Rainham, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday (Daytime Hours)
Pay: National Minimum Wage (age dependent)

Options Adult Day Centre is looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our friendly team supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, active and independent lives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities during activities both at the day centre and in the community.

• Encouraging independence, confidence and social interaction.

• Accompanying service users on outings and activities.

• Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team to provide high-quality care.

What we’re looking for:

• A kind, patient and positive attitude.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• A full UK driving licence

• Previous care experience is welcomed but not required – full training will be provided.

• An enhanced DBS check will be required before employment.
